- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for most services is $70/hour, with discounts for additional hours! This includes 1 donation drop off, a complimentary consultation, and more! Check out my website to click on the SERVICES button for full descriptions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically start with a phone or email exchange to get to know the client. Then, we'll set up a complimentary 30 minute consultation to get a good sense of the space and what the client's goals are. Then, we'll typically work side by side to declutter, and get to work with the organizing!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have gone through a training program with the Organizing Specialists and am now a part of their network of organizers. Additionally, I hold a PMP certification (Certified Project Management Professional). I have 20 years managing projects and developing and adhering to timing and budget parameters, including multi million dollar product development and event projects. I have been organizing for many years prior to officially launching my company, and love the combination of client interaction and transformation of physical space.
