We had two exterior doors and a storm door installed that were a bit tough, but Nathan did an awesome job. He was professional, extremely kind and very accommodating as well. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep our prices affordable so that everyone has a chance to get the work done that they have been dreaming of.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A FREE initial consultation is scheduled where Nathan will come out to review the area/project and details. He will discuss certain aspects needed for the project and point out any challenges or important information. In 5-7 business days, we will provide a digital estimate and then discuss availability for dates.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Nathan has been learning new home improvement skills as a hobby over the last 6 years. He is currently working to get his full contractors license. Angela has organized the family home since day 1, but professionally, has been involved in organizing the financials, filing, processes, storage areas, and events for numerous companies over the last 12 years.
