- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a potential guest will reach out to me in search of massage therapy. I'll reply by finding out what type of massage service they would like, their budget, and from there we can schedule a time for their service to happen. As each client is different, each scenario is different. Some people know when they want their massage and that's easy as I can book for them or I can give them a link to schedule. In other instances it can be more complicated depending upon the number of guests needing service, the number of therapists required to complete the job, and even distance to get to the job. I pride myself on not only being a great therapist, but also effective in communicating with guests to find out their massage needs and goals, and taking care of them from there.
