- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always transparent but, pictures can be deceptive and hidden items can cause for an increase in price
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to gather as much info and pictures as possible, align my thoughts with the customers and execute to the customers satisfaction
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
This is something that I’ve self taught and learned over the last 4 years. Accepting challenges and figuring out how to get better at this 1 job at a time.
