FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
2 hour minimum ($120) for general labor. We charge an additional $30/hr for each sub-contractor needed for the project. Painting, drywall, tile and other large projects are priced on square footage. *Hourly-rate or project price may change depending on increased hazard plus liability. Examples include electrical work, plumbing, closet installation, ladder-work over 8 feet, and assembly of certain items. If any of these apply, they will be communicated on initial contact. Payment must be submitted as soon as job is completed.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was a child I would take apart and repair different things around my house. I had and still have a passion for figuring out how things work, and becoming an expert. I started working as a contractor for the first time with my uncle when I was 19, and have done so ever since.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with remote customers, in-person, very kind ones as well as difficult ones. But with every client, I focus on building relationships that are rewarding for all parties. I care about the quality of my work, and that's reflected by the satisfaction of whoever I do business with.
