FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For most jobs I'll be able to offer a fixed-price quote based on the type of equipment and your location. This first visit allows me to thoroughly assess your equipment and perform preventative maintenance including adjustments, cleaning, and lubrication. If I find worn or non-operational parts that need to be replaced, then I'll provide all the details of pricing and availability of parts and offer options for completing the repair. (Most parts need to be special ordered and installed on a second visit)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The best thing you can do is give a complete description of the make and model of equipment and what's wrong with it. Then I can do a better job of providing an accurate and prompt solution for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed the technical training course from two of the fitness industry's leading manufacturers: Life Fitness and True Fitness.
