- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first priority with new customers is to educate. We explain our system in detail to give you a full understanding of how it works, what sets us apart from others, and what to expect during your cleaning. We will walk through your cleaning needs and discuss the services that best fit and provide a thorough quote for the job. Scheduling is convenient and can be done online or over the phone when you are ready.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Oxi Fresh technicians are extensively trained not only on our processes and products we use, but how and why it works. Our technicians are masters at their craft and are able to tailor the best solution to your specific needs on the job.
