Brandon from Citadel - throughly inspected my home and explained everything to me. He was extremely kind and knowledgeable. I’m pleased with the process and I highly suggest you use them for any wildlife removal in your home.

I had a few things happen where it wasn’t the right time to get the service done. I did think it was a little pricey but the company appears legit and passionate about what they do. When circumstances change I would call again for hopefully a small scope of work.
