HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! He went to my vacant rental home, claimed to have installed baseboards and sent me a bill for $850. I had the work done a few days beforehand by another contractor, who provided pictures. This guy was trying to charge me for WORK SOMEONE ELSE DID. When I stated this to him, his response was "If I don't receive payment by the weekend I will send my guys back and remove all the trim we installed." He then threatened to lien my property. He refused to send me pictures per request. He tried to charge me $850 to install one baseboard and one quarter round according to his material list.

None of comments in the review are true. Victoria Guznack of Bink Property Management requested the work, she gave us the lock box codes and authorized the work. We performed the work as requested and she has refused to pay. I have receipts and pictures of the work which is being held pending ligation. This is a very dishonest person and company who has now added slander and libel to the list of charges. I would advise anyone doing business with her to be very careful. The sad part is that if she felt my invoice was too high, I would have worked with her to come to an acceptable amount for both of us. But that ship has sailed. In over three years in business we have over 100 5-star reviews. Including many from several other property managers we work with, my guys are the best and we pride ourselves on being honest.
