FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is set according to thumbtacks one size fits all approach. This hurts both the customer and the contractor. Communication is key here. The price we set for the one size fits all system can often be reduced, once we have a better understanding of the work scope. Nobody wants to hear a job is going to cost more after hiring a contractor; therefore the prices are often on the high end.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is the very first and most important part of the process. Once we have an understanding of the job scope and agree to all the terms; the job is scheduled. I show up; perform the work and get paid.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
This list could go on for hours!!! I’ve spent many hours in various types of trade classes.
