- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee's start at $3,500 and scale up based on add-ons (pre-work, ebooks, gratitude notebooks, etc.)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In a perfect scenario, I would be able to interview 3 to 4 people that make-up the audience I'd be speaking with. This helps me gain context of the organization and the people that work within it. It also is a great way to prime a few of the participants with some of the interactive parts of my keynotes. Beyond theses interviews, I also have 2 calls with my client to ensure that the vision they have for the event aligns with my message. It helps for the day of the event and also allows us to make sure we have all of the logistics worked out ahead of time :-)
