The junk pirates did well for our move, but we were disappointed with the cost. Initially, their estimate was $600 something including a truck, but after stating we only needed help with moving and lifting and being offered a 10% new customer discount, our estimate went down significantly. The junk pirates did well but charged us from our estimated start time, not actual start time, and did not deduct their lunch break from the cost. We also were not given our 10% new customer discount they stated we would get in our initial consultation. We are happy none of our things were damaged and they did a great job taking care of our things, but it was disappointing for them to try to get us a low estimate initially to get the job booked and then do nothing to ensure it was accurate.

This review wasn’t very fair ! Moving estimates are not final it’s an estimate !!!!!!! We agreed on a price if you only used the 3 hours the job ended up being 4.75 that’s how long you were charged nothing more ! The guys didn’t get lunch either they stopped to wash off their shoes because they stepped in dog poop also that was discussed that with you ! The job took longer because you guys weren’t ready when we showed at 10:30 which was the time agreed also you were adding items as the guys were moving you were packing all in all I appreciate the business and review I just feel like we could of settled this outside of the review !
