We have a promotion available. 10% off of our price that is listed on Thumbtack. We have a promotion series where we live stream the rehab of older homes and repairs. If you participate and allow us to live stream your project or repair we will take 10% off of this price of your project. We can be extremely flexible with the Labor cost as we have Multiple Contractors, Handymen and Service Providers. And if you want or have a repair that needs to be repaired immediately we will send someone out the same day. We are also Transaction Coordinators We can renovate your home or flip, live stream or capture the remodel and list the flip or rental to hundreds of media outlets and or the MLS.
