Juan and his crew came out the same day, gave me an estimate, and was able to get started right away. They set up a cage to help assist in catching the animal and sealed where they were getting in. The raccoon was caught two days later, and we have been rodent free ever since. The amount of communication and details throughout the process was outstanding! Will refer to anyone in need. Thank you!

We worked with Juan. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He assessed our groundhog problems and devised a plan of attack. He trapped and removed the groundhog. Then he backfilled the holes/tunnel with dirt, pea gravel, and cement. Communication was spot on. Juan always got back to me via text and kept me apprised of all work. I’m very satisfied!

The Elite Wildlife team provide exceptional workmanship and customer service. I discovered a colony of wasps living in two interior walls in my home. The team removed paneling and flooring to access the colony, remediate, and put everything back in its original place. They were tidy, which I greatly appreciate. They also installed two artificial hives in the exterior of the home as well as patched any holes to eliminate future issues. Highly recommend.

The ELITE WILDLIFE PREVENTION team did a really good job of eliminating mice, removing it and sealing the house. Most importantly, Juan is great in communicating timely, explaining the strategy and all the steps in the process, and finding the right solution. Other contractors were not as open upfront and tried to play games. Rodent infestation can be a really big problem, but with Juan and the team the job was done quickly and professionally. The mice are gone. Also, we had no idea about all the entry points we had in our house, now they are all sealed off. The team has also power-washed our house and cleaned and secured our gutters (also a way for rodents to get under the roof), giving us a great deal on this package. We highly recommend The ELITE WILDLIFE PREVENTION!
