- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our current prices are way below what we normally charge. We want as many people as possible to access our services during these difficult times. We are here to help.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get their birth information, find out what they'd like to know in their birth chart reading, do lots of research into their chart, then call or Zoom with them at the scheduled time. If they book Reiki energy healing, we find out what issue they're concerned with, schedule a time to send them Reiki healing energy remotely, then connect briefly afterward to talk about the session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Astrology can help you understand why things are happening in your life. Astrology can tell what the psychological climate ahead could be and how you might want to respond. Astrological Healing has decades of experience studying astrology, including with renowned astrologer Anne Ortelee, and astrologers Bhaskar Yogi and Dr. Vijay Agarwal in India. We belong to the Organization for Professional Astrology (OPA), the International Society for Astrological Research (ISAR) and the Association for Young Astrologers (AYA). We have completed ISAR's training in Ethics and in Consulting Skills, and the International Academy of Astrology's Medical Astrology course. We also provide certified Reiki services. We are certified and trained Reiki practitioners. Reiki is our way of giving you healing energy focused on the part of the body that represents the area or chakra where you need help. We can give you a Reiki treatment with your chart reading or as its own session.
