They charged an $80 estimate fee which was NOT mentioned when we spoke directly on the phone prior him coming out PLUS his estimate was almost DOUBLE what others have quoted.

My profile clearly mentions that we charge an estimation fee. I charge it to every bid I go on unless we are hired. You guys should be ashamed treating people like you do. Threatening me with a bad review and treating me the way you did was uncalled for. You clearly did not research the contractors you chose to come and give you a bid. The way you handled this, you should be banned from this app.
