- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use a state of the art electronic software package to develop pricing; which employs the Painter & Decorator Contractors Association productivity baseline for painters. This ensures you are paying for productive, efficient paint crews.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to respond immediately to inquiries, setting up a time to visit the job location to fully understand the need. During that visit we take measurements of the area (s) and provide a web based interactive quote on the spot. It's common to finalize deals at the end of the visit and schedule right away for production.
