What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the job being done we charge time and material or a flat project rate. For a time and material job the minimum we charge is $500 for the first two hours and $90 an hour after that for the duration of the project for an operator and machine.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out to give the customer an estimate. And explain the work that needs to be done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the excavation business for almost 15 years now.
