We had a great experience. We were having issues with our kitchen faucet falling over due to cracks in our countertop that other plumbers were not able to fix. Mark was able to clearly explain the cause of the issue and reviewed short and long term solutions to fit our budget. He installed the new faucet and bracket and we have been very happy with the work. He was very professional and we would happily hire him again for future projects.
