- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we set up a phone call to assess your initial needs. Then we establish if this is a good fit. Then we set up time, date and venue. Once the deposit is collected, your event date is locked in. After that, all you have to do is sit back, relax and know your needs are taken care of.
