- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, our prices are fixed. However, we do offer a LBB Savers Club Membership where our customers can receive 20% off everything in our boutique for an entire year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to call my new customers and introduce myself, to get a feel for what their gifting needs are. I like to develop a personal relationship with my customers and offer my consultant services to those who need me.
