Sonni is easily the best realtor Ive worked with! She is very knowledgeable but wont hesitate to reach out on your behalf if shes not certain or believes someone else might have more insight! I must say this was an emotionally challenging experience for us! When you are buying in market that is in favor of the seller is tough. Working with Sonni during this time was amazing. She offered very 'real' advise. She was always honest with us and never told us what we 'wanted to hear.' She supported what we needed as a family. Sonni made us feel as we were the only clients she had when obviously we were not. Even if Sonni had a really busy day and could not reply right away to my text messages (we rarely emailed), she would reply 'after hours' or the very first thing the next day. However, text messages that needed an immediate response always got a reply. I would highly recommend Sonni as an agent to work with. She was effective, efficient and timely!

My experience working with Sonni was so overwhelmingly wonderful, I hardly know where to begin, so Ill start at the beginning. We were fortunate enough to get Sonni as our realtor when we called a number listed for anyone who didnt have a realtor. That was over 3 years ago when we had a limited time to move because the property owner was selling the condo we were in. She found us a house to rent before our deadline. Afterwards, Ill never forget, she offered us curtains that she had because our new rental didnt have any. I knew right then that she was our realtor for life. Fast forward 3 years later and recovering from a pandemic, we were in the market again. This time to buy a house/ home of our own. When I say that with this crazy housing market Sonni was by our side riding every wave of high and low, I am not exaggerating. Im am so overjoyed to say that we just closed on our forever dream home. We almost didnt get it, but because of Sonnis knowledge and experience she was able to save the deal for us. We will be forever grateful for Sonni and her team. If it were not for her, I can honestly say that we would not have had the success that we did with both finding a home that we love and successfully closing on it. Thank You Sonni Harvin ( our realtor for life).
