Pricing Details: Standard Fee: $200 This includes: A personalized ceremony script A keepsake copy of your wedding vows Filing your marriage license with the County Clerk’s office after the ceremony Travel Fees: If your location is more than 30 miles from Rochester, there will be an additional travel fee to cover transportation costs. Full Payment Due After Ceremony Payment is required after the ceremony is completed. I accept cash, check or Venmo. No Hidden Fees The quoted price includes everything mentioned above with no surprise charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact: Reach out to me via [email, phone, website, etc.] to inquire about your ceremony. Share your preferred ceremony date, location, and any special details you'd like included. Consultation: I will respond promptly to discuss your vision for the ceremony. This can be done over the phone, via email, or in person (depending on your preference). During this time, I’ll gather details like your ceremony style, any specific traditions or vows, and how you’d like the script to be personalized. Booking & Payment: Once we’ve confirmed the details, $200 fee will be agreed upon for the ceremony. Travel fees apply if you're located over 30 miles from Rochester. Full payment will be due after the ceremony is completed. Personalized Script Creation: I will create a custom script for your ceremony that reflects your story, preferences, and any special requests you have. We will have a final review of the script to ensure it’s perfect for your big day. Pre-Ceremony Communication: I’ll check in with you a few days before the ceremony to confirm the details and logistics (location, time, etc.). I will be available to answer any last-minute questions or concerns. The Ceremony: On your wedding day, I’ll arrive early, conduct the ceremony, and ensure everything goes smoothly. I will provide a keepsake copy of your vows and handle the legal paperwork (marriage license). Post-Ceremony: I will deliver your marriage license to the County Clerk’s office for official filing. I’ll follow up to ensure you have everything you need and that the process was to your satisfaction.
