I will say one thing. The gentleman is pleasant and likable. With all of his reviews I was feeling comfortable with the work I needed done. I was clear on the expectations, and he spoke as though he had experience with trim/toe kicks. I didn't look at the work until he left (lesson learned) I am just shocked. After seeing his work I had to immediately re-order the trim that's 77 dollars and will have to pay someone to pull off what he did and redo it. The paint job I would give a 3 at best. As you can see it's not great and I will spend my day trying to fix that. When he was trying to paint the higher parts he was jumping, I had to offer him a step stool. I'm just incredibly disappointed. I would like to be clear that I did not call him back and ask him to fix it, nor will I. He obviously doesn't have these particular skills. I will also not ask for any of the 300 dollars back, because I feel I should've checked before I handed it over (another lesson learned) . He obviously somehow earned his previous good scores, maybe he's just better at fixing things than any type of carpentry. Proceed at your own risk, just look at his work before he leaves and you hand the cash over.
