Nick Collick responded to our request and was here the same day. He took time to investigate the problem and addressed each issue to completion. Now my switches work as they should and I am very happy. As for Nick, he is extremely professional and personable. He put me at ease immediately with his comments and I was assured he would get the problems with our switches sorted out and fixed.
