- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discuss party size, type of cuisine, dietary restrictions, how many courses you would like. Then I would create a menu and send it to you for confirmation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from culinary school and also have a separate diploma in cake decorating.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
All types of dietary restrictions and can accommodate most budgets.
