My typical process when working with a customer: 1. What all do you need moved? 2. Where is pick up and drop off? Or How far is drop off from pick up? 3. Estimate 4. Date and time of move 5. Confirm move and also text confirmation day before move date
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My company works with ALL nationalities and races. We are very committed to communicating with our customers because we understand that moving/hauling/ or cleaning a home can be very stressful. Past clients have had health problems and my team dedicates the works to make it easier , safer , and less stressful for them.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Best advice I can give is be mindful that a move is not always a complete smooth sailing ride into your new home. Sometimes spaces are small and things need to be maneuvered. Work with a company like myself that communicates and takes there time to make sure there isn’t any damage done to new or old property.
