The movers were professional, efficient, and kind. They had my furniture disassembled, packed and reassembled in record time. I have no complaints at all and will definitely be recommending them to others!!!

The team did a great job packing my stuff in Florida, moving it to Michigan, and unpacking in my new place. They were careful and packed everything perfectly. Sarah is marvelous to work with and so organized. I highly recommend this company for your move.

I hired Balance Detroit to help move my items from my current home to my new residence with a stop to my storage unit along the way. From start to finish, Balance Detroit was stellar. I had so many questions and was super nervous about hiring a company to move my possessions. Sarah always responded quickly to my several questions and was super patient and understanding. I was able to book with only a few days notice. On the day of the move, the team introduced themselves upon arrival and we discussed the game plan and reviewed what was going where or staying before the clock started. Darius, Demetrio and Johnny moved quickly but with care keeping my possessions and space unharmed. We quickly became comfortable and were joking/laughing which helped ease my anxiety. My significant other was convinced that he and I would be able to make this move without the help of a company (cause he likes to save money). After Balance Detroit left, he commented that we will be using them in the future and is recommending anyone moving to use Balance Detroit as he was super impressed on speed and cost, as was I. Again, I only have the utmost positive things to say about Balance Detroit and the team.
