Changed price as soon as he arrived to location, Before hand I sent pictures and detailed description of what is in the pictures.

Details: No large items to haul • Yard waste, construction debris or scrap metal • Enough to fill one pickup truck • There are no flights of stairs

Antonio is the consummate professional. He arrived early to do a “move in” cleaning and after a brief walkthrough, he went right to work on the 2-bed/2/bath, 1,500 sq ft. loft with concrete floors. Antonio paid particular attention to the tiled bathrooms that had years of soap scum. He offered to return to give it a second cleaning, if necessary. He pointed out things about my new apartment that I wouldn’t have noticed such as the factors leading to this mismatch and discoloration of all the bathroom grout that no amount of cleaning could fix. In less than three hours, Antonio was done: floors swept and mopped, oven, fridge and microwave spotless. Once I’m moved in, I’ll have Antonio return for periodic cleanings.
