FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The initial evaluation and consultation includes biometrics and an evaluation of your medical history. You receive results from a complete biometric and nutritional survey that includes recommendations based on self-reporting and a medical and nutritional review. If needed, your coaching can include additional testing with blood, urine, and saliva since your coach is also a physician. This will give you recommendations that are evidence-based and depend on your diagnostic test results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each client comes to me with: • different life experiences and a different personality; • different wants and needs; • different health conditions, movement capacities, and eating habits; different problem-solving abilities; and • different attitudes about change and trying new things. As a coach, I triage your needs— to understand what’s most important, right now, for each unique client. Triaging helps me focus on “first things first” and set the right priorities for you. The 6-step coaching process includes the following steps: Assess and gather data Collect information; identify the client's current goals, needs, and skills Understand and explore Deepen my comprehension of the client's story and situation Strategize and plan Draft an initial action plan and possible 'next steps Choose and test Pick one next action to try, and try it Observe and monitor Record what happens Analyze and evaluate Use outcome-based decision making to choose what to do next
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
