Aaron was communicative and punctual ON A SUNDAY to arrange a same-day repair of a long-standing faucet replacement and hot water supply problem. It was a Saturday. I was panicked, thinking how challenging it was going to be to get a plumber on Saturday. We couldn't use the water or toilets because the main drain was plugged and water was coming back up through the floor drain in the Laundry Room. I decided to use Thumbtack because I could see companies that advertised that they might have availability. Within 30 minutes of my entering my information, I received a call from Aaron from One Stop Repairs. We discussed the issue and he said he and his partner, Jay, would be at my home between 10:00am and noon. They arrived within the window of time and quickly got to work. Both Aaron and Jay were polite and courteous and they worked together to diagnose and fix the problem. Thank you both, I would not hesitate to recommend you to my friends and family.
