They can’t improve their services because they never showed up. My first appointment was Monday at 2 PM. He didn’t show up, I tracked him down. He said he’d be here at five. Then at five he told me he didn’t have the part so I sent him the model number of my appliance, and he said he would get the part. I didn’t hear from him Tuesday, so on Wednesday I called, he said he had the part and he would come later. He never showed up. On Thursday I was expecting him at I can’t even remember what time but he didn’t show up and then he told me he was on a job where there was an emergency and he couldn’t leave and he wouldn’t be done till five. I said I would wait. Could he come at five? He said he couldn’t but he would be here first thing this morning. I would be his first appointment at 10 AM . It’s now Friday and I have been waiting. It is now 2 o’clock. He still hasn’t shown up. He hasn’t answered my text or my phone calls. This is an unacceptable Way to treat a customer.
