The inspector was warm and knowledgeable. He wasn’t in a rush. He wasn’t incentivized to sell me something that wasn’t in my interest. It seems like his priority was doing right by me. I greatly appreciate it.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    For insurance claim work, we require the deductable payment upfront (the rest is normally covered by insurance). For any out of pocket work, we require anywhere from 30% to 60% up front based on the scale of the project.

    We would provide an on-site assessment and walk the home owner through the options they may have when looking to mitigate the loss.

    All of our technicians and managers are certified through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC)
