- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive prices for new customers as we know for sure they will love us and hire us again.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We Respond fast and try to make the process easy for the customer as it can be When you are ready to book, we will email you our easy booking form to fill so we can lock the date & timing of your event. We require a deposit of $100 to confirm & Lock your date/time (Paypal, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay) We will contact you 3-5 days before your event to design your photo overlay and any artwork related and to finalize the rest of the payment We will arrive 1-2 hours before event starts to setup and test run
