We had this company come out and replace our shower handles/knobs as the cold one was leaking water. They were super nice and got the job done quickly. The reason for my lower review is due to the fact that a few months later, while both the hot/cold knobs are working well and the cold is no longer leaking, the knob that turns the setting from shower to bath is not working fully. It will slightly allow a change in water direction but the shower is always going so I believe something is not fully secured in the back. I reached out to try to see if they offered any warranty/guarantee on their work as I would like the issue to be fully resolved after payment and never heard back.
