I’ve had several contractors for different jobs for a renovation but Kal was the only one who looked up and asked if there was anything else he could complete for us. I would always call Kal first and refer others. He does a great job and we have not been disappointed.

Kai provided extraordinary handyman services for our home. We are in the middle of moving and need a professional to assist. The handyman service we originally hired the week before cancelled on us at the last minute. Desperate to get these todo items off my list I revisited my vendors from Thumbtack after 10:30pm. Within an hour, Kai was scheduled for the next morning. Needless to say, Kai was outstanding and completed my tasks in a little over an hour. ... I will be hiring him again to assist with installing and fixing things at our new home. WOW what can I say about Kal. I was simply looking for a backsplash job for a new condo I had purchased. I had a few people come over and felt uncomfortable with the interactions. Lucky for me, the next person to show up for a bid was Kal! One thing led to another, and $25,000 in materials & labor later, and my ENTIRE CONDO has been renovated into my dream home! Kal went above and beyond to take care of me. I was extremely nervous leaving my place to anyone unsupervised, but he was honest, trustworthy, clean, treated my place like his own, and went above and beyond to make sure everything I wanted done was executed perfectly. When you spend that much money, you want to know that nothing will go wrong, and you won’t be taken advantage of, and I was blessed to have Kal come and perform this work. Not to mention....this was all done in 3 weeks! Incredible. What his team did: New backsplash New fireplace remodel Entirely new LVP floor (1550 sq ft) with quarter round Entire master bathroom renovation (from bathtub to standing shower, new toilet, new vanity, new mirror and lights) Entire guest bathroom renovation (see above, same items) Installed smoke detectors Installed new ceiling fans Installed all new plumbing in my kitchen Installed new smoke detectors Installed new screen door Installed new door handles/locks Installed new thermostat I’m sure I’m missing more. At the end of the day, Kal may be listed as providing handyman services, but it is clear his expertise (and passion) is in entire home renovations. I have made a friend for life, someone who came through on short notice and I won’t be hesitating to recommend Kal to all of my friends! You’ll be lucky to have him do any renovation, large or small. Kal Kal, done awesome job. Overall I am very impressed that I chosen him. 100% Good Quality. I will definitely chose him for more projects. I even referred him to my next door neighbor for his porch.
