- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As an electrician, we schedule an initial consultation to assess the customer's electrical system and provide recommendations for necessary repairs or upgrades. We discuss pricing and provide a detailed estimate. If the customer agrees, we schedule a service appointment and perform necessary repairs or upgrades. We answer any questions and provide tips for maintaining their electrical system to build a long-term relationship. Our goal is to provide exceptional service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a journeyman electrician with 13 years of experience. I completed an apprenticeship program, earned a journeyman electrician license, and continue to attend seminars and workshops to stay up-to-date with the latest codes, technologies, and safety practices. This ensures that I can provide high-quality electrical work for my clients.
