- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My typical charge is $350/hour. In most cases I am able to give you idea of approximately many hours your case will require based upon my experience and therefore I can give you a flat price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you become a new client of mine, we will meet for an in-depth face-to-face so that I can get a good understanding what the circumstances are in your case and what you want to achieve as an outcome. At that point I will lay out a strategy to you so you understand what will be happening along the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Not only am I a licensed Michigan attorney, I am also a member of the Federal Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan, the Wayne County Criminal Defense Bar Assiciation. While achieved my Jurisdiction Doctorate degrwe from law school, I earned a concentration in the area of Litigation. This means that I concentrated on being the type of attorney who develops the special skills necessary to succeed at trial and on appeals. In addition to focusing my practice on all issues in the family law arena, and criminal defense, I am also a Certified Facilitative Mediator.
