Carpet one galleria did an awesome job replacing my carpet with vinyl flooring. I spoke with Kevin over the phone and scheduled an appointment to come out to my house and give me an estimate. He has a very flexible schedule to suit the customers’ schedule. He was able to give me an estimate right way and not like others who I contacted that i had to wait for one or two days to get the estimate back. He offered me good advice as far as flooring choices. He gave the best cost out of 7 others including Lowes and Home Depot. He has his own storage where all the materials was available which was great because I did not have to wait for a week or 10 days to start the job. The whole process from the time I spoke with him first to the point where the job was done took less than a week. I highly recommend this team to everyone. They are awesome, reliable, cost efficient, and professional. Thank you Carpet one galleria!!

Kevin came to my home and was very flexible with his schedule to fit mine. He was very punctual , advised me on the best product to use to meet my expectations. Came out and Installed and all work along with presentation of installer was professional. Great work and clean up was handled accordingly. Highly recommend

They were not only highly professional, but meticulous in the quality of their work, ensuring every detail was perfect. They discussed before, during, and after the work was done, even sending me pictures and videos along the way to make sure that the flooring was being done per my expectations. They went above and beyond to help me: I was unable to pick up materials and they went to not only pick them up, but got other materials that I forgot.
