As you log your food throughout the day I will make comments or suggestions on healthier alternatives or combinations of the food you’re already eating. There are no meal plans given. Instead of my telling you what to eat, I watch what you eat and really help you make adjustments to allow you to eat what you love while still losing weight/ making healthier choices. The “why” behind the habit- Lastly, we dive into the psychology of “why”. I will ask you to think and make notes on trends in your eating pattern. Together we will find a way to break the habit.
