- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The fee is mostly travel and time. The closer to home, the less of the charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a list of questions that are asked, it gives me a deeper knowledge of the relationship. This way I have a better understanding on what type of ceremony the couple is looking for.
