Doris was so accommodating. I have someone in my house who just had total knee replacement surgery and we needed our toilet fixed. Doris is the owner of the company and said it would take too long to get a technician out to us so she came out herself. She drove through rush hour traffic and made it to us on time. I had tried many different ways to unclog the toilet myself, including using an auger but had no luck. The job was done professionally and quickly. We now have a running toilet!! I will be contacting her again, for sure.
