I can't say enough great things about AJ! I reached out extremely last minute for a proposal shoot, and not only was he able to accommodate my request, but he also worked with my tight and specific schedule. His rates were incredibly reasonable, especially given the outstanding service he provided. Despite the freezing cold weather, he was incredibly professional, capturing a ton of photos without hesitation and going above and beyond what was expected. What was really appreciated by me and the fiance was how he never mentioned timing, just focused on getting the perfect shots. On top of all that, he delivered the photos faster than expected and exceeded the number of photos he promised. He was also quick to respond to messages, which made coordinating the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again for any future photoshoots. Highly recommend him for anyone looking for a talented and reliable photographer!

I reached out to AJ about the possibility of doing a family shoot while we were in Grand Rapids for the weekend. A lot of our schedule was unknown, and he was very flexible and willing to work with me to find a good time that worked for him and our family. We also communicated a couple of times to find the best location based on what I was looking for. Due to a family emergency on my end, I had to cancel the photo shoot. AJ was very understanding and refunded me my deposit. So although I cannot directly speak to the quality of the work due to extenuating circumstances, AJ was very professional and I would reach out to him again if I was in Grand Rapids in the future.
