very easy to work with. He started his job and finished a little later than I expected only because of the movers who were to remove certain furniture from the room he was to paint. Not his fault his job ended up being a little later to be done.

Nathan removed wallpaper from my utility room and installed my patterned peel and stick new paper. Also, Nathan painted the trim and doors within the room. Nathan worked efficiently and expediently. He answered all my questions more than satisfactorily. He did a very good job for us. He is a lovely young man with a charming personality.

The overall quality of the work was could have been better. Additionally, there was a noticeable lack of professionalism in their communication. They used unnecessary and untrusting language on their communication at inappropriate stages of the project, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere and made me feel disrespected and not trustworthy as a client. It became clear that they don’t extend the same trust they expect from their clients. Despite requiring 50% upfront before starting the job and purchasing basic materials like paint, they showed little regard for building a trustworthy relationship. Every client deserves to feel respected and valued, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We value our customer opinions. We're sorry to hear that you've had inconsistent experiences with our service. We take quality control very seriously, and have investigated this further. Our record shows that when worker completed the job, the client gave him two different times and days as to when payment will be received. The client stated he will not be available the day the work was done for a walk through to make final payment. The client stated that he may be available on another day, but could not give us an exact time or answer as to what we should expect. This raised some concerns to our team. As a result accounting department sent you a Customary Noticed of the violation of the contract, which states when work is done client should “Complete Final Payment”, this is after walk through. That contract is to ensure the safety of both the customer and the business to ensure each individual is treated fairly. We apologize for any inconvenience, this may have caused you and we hope to earn your business in the future. Best wishes to you and your family!

I hired Nathan to re-paint my concrete porch that had chipped pretty bad this past winter. From the consultation to the work being completed he was extremely professional, courteous, on time and the price he quoted was exactly what he told me! I would highly recommend him and will absolutely be using him again!
