- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
prices can definitely fluctuate and either get priced in a per job category or an hourly category.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a detailed description of the work that needs to be accomplished, a bit of small talk, and lastly I see if I can help them with anything else or if I see any red flags in the home I try to nicely point it out.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
high school work classes, also I did apprenticeship programs with a plumber for 2 years, I worked as a lead supervisor for a large home remodeling company for many years, and lastly I've been working in this field for most of my teen and adult life.
