- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide written, on-site pricing at the time of the estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the initial phone call, we will ask questions about your project to see if we are a good fit for your project. Upon a scheduled estimate, a price will be delivered on-site. If you move forward with us, a 20% deposit will hold your spot in our calendar. We will then let you know the project start date. Finally, after the project is completed, we will inspect the installation and collect the final payment.
