- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Willing to work with customers with or without parts. Customers with parts and a straight forward installation will get better pricing. Modification of your space will cost a little more. MODIFICATIONS ARE ONLY DONE in instances where they can be undone/reversed. (I WILL NOT preform wood work modifications where material is to be cut away or sanded.)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Establish a connection by being completely transparent, be up front and honest with my clients and if possible virtually assess the job site.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve worked as a contractor for a property preservation company, cable tv provider and a appliance delivery service who served various internal customers. In total I have 15 years experience with 10 years being a field worker with established companies.
