911 restoration specializes in water, mold and fire property damage restoration. Once you contact us, within 45 minutes we will arrive at your property for a free evaluation of the damage. We are a full service restoration company. We will work directly with your insurance company through the mitigation process and continue until your property is returned to the condition before the emergency. We service Oakland, Macomb and Wayne Counties. We service residential and commercial buildings. We pride ourselves on quality of work, fair price and excellent customer service.

Update: if I could give ZERO stars I would. They stated they never completed our call because we CANCELLED. And while I can't upload the phone calls - they were in fact in contact with us. Please see the screenshot where they were in fact trying to work with us. They told us if our insurance deductible was over 2k to call them because it didn't make sense to pay all that if the work wouldn't take that. By following up later to tell us would be over 5k. Thank you thumbtack for allowing an update to reviews. They told us we had a leak during their mold inspection. There was a lot of conflicting information. Allegedly pictures were taken but none of them were ever showed to us. We had three additional people who confirmed there was no leak. Dunno what happened here or maybe it seemed like we were gullible. We were told there were financing options. We were told if our deductible for insurance was high to let them know. We did they told us well it's going to be over 5k when that wasn't said the first time or the second. They talked to me, my partner and my dad. And we all had different information. Hopefully your experience will be different. Maybe they were having an off week but it wasn't because of something I'd done.
