My experience with Property Styles was beyond amazing! I recently had my bathroom remodeled which turned out great. Being someone that works a lot, I was able to tell Mr. Styles exactly what I wanted done even sometimes over the phone. The job was completed within a reasonable amount of time and the quality of the work was exceptional. The best part of my experience besides the work completed was the trustworthiness. I was able to give Mr. Styles a key to my house and not have to worry about anything while gone for work. Thank you sir!

Jeremy finished my basement and did an amazing job. He was very helpful with the design process and really turned our basement into exactly what we were looking for. We were so happy with his work and professionalism that I ended up utilizing him for some different work at my office.

After searching for general contractors & explaining the job I needed done. Jeremy told me the job needed experts. He also walked away with/$75 for the house call telling me the job was too large for him. He could have told me that on the phone after I explained what I needed done. After I submitted the review above I received this rude text from the handyman calling himself a general contractor “ Thanks for the review, sorry I wasn’t more helpful. I tried to give you my honest opinion. It would have been hard to give an accurate estimate without first seeing the job. Sounds like you want the word done close to free. Your lead cost me $70, I’m not getting rich on your consulting fee which is stated as part of the deal on my thumbtack. Hope you feel better for hurting my small business.” He never gave me a quote or an estimate & still charged me $75 for about 20 min of talking about what he couldn’t do. He told me he could help me with landscaping. I did not call him for landscaping. He told me to call an expert for the job I needed done. Why didn’t he say so when I explained the job on the phone? Why did he tell me when he saw my brick house he wasn’t doing the job? General contractors are supposed to have at least knowledge of how to do jobs in many fields. I understand it’s a business but I feel he ripped me off the estimation fee of $75 knowing he does not know how to do general contracting. He is a handyman. I’m still waiting for the estimate His profile picture is not what he looks like.

I have picked up most of my skills from experience in the field. I have been being paid for it now for nearly 2 years but I have been doing trial and error training on my own house for more then a decade.
