Coach Kyle is the best! I was struggling to figure out a proper fitness routine and felt lost until I found Kyle. He keeps me motivated during workouts and his program has been a great experience so far. He helped me set realistic goals and his workouts are awesome. -Bachelor's of Science in Sports Performance & Fitness Entrepreneurship -Certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). -Certified through Precision Nutrition (the most widely popular and effective nutrition certification on the market). -Credits with ACSM, ACE, NSCA, etc. -Various live trainings and hands-on workshops I am always improving my craft to stay up to date with the most effective ways to train the body.
